Is it really custom?
Is this actually custom, or a template with my name dropped in?
Custom. Every post is generated fresh from live research on your city and your market's published numbers, with your headshot placed into the scene. Two agents in the same city running the same template on the same day get different posts — different events, different facts, different faces. Run it again next month and the research is new.
Where does the research come from?
The live web, at the moment you click Generate: local event listings, newly opened businesses, your board's published median price, days on market and homes sold, verified trivia sources. Where nothing is published for your market (rare), the post asks you to type your board's three numbers — the only time you would.
Will it make things up about my city?
The research-driven posts use real, checkable facts and name their sources in the caption where relevant. The humor posts (Red Flags, Don't Move Here) are built so every joke points at a real, verifiable good thing. You approve every post before it goes anywhere.
Can I edit a post?
You can re-run it (fresh research, fresh scene), pick the other opener style where one is offered, and edit the caption freely. We deliberately don't hand you a Canva-style editor — the point is that you never have to open one.
Me on camera
I hate being on camera. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Your digital twin is built from one headshot and an optional 10-second voice note. The Reels show you speaking — an insider tip, straight talk, your track record — and you never film anything. Silent Reels exist for agents who'd rather not use their voice.
How good is the likeness?
Good enough that brokers ask who your videographer is. Judge it yourself: your free Golden Credit runs a full video template on your own headshot before you pay anything.
Does my voice really get used?
Yes — your saved voice note is what your twin speaks with. It's stored on your profile, never shared, and used only for the posts you generate.
Should I disclose that it's AI?
Rules vary by state and brokerage — check yours. Many agents add a short line in the caption. Nothing here impersonates anyone: it's you, saying things you approved.
Using it
Do I need Canva, an editor, or any AI experience?
No. There is nothing to design, nothing to prompt, nothing to learn. You pick a post and click Generate.
How long does a post take?
About two minutes for a carousel. Reels take a few minutes. Set-up of your profile is one-time, about fifteen minutes.
What do I actually receive?
Carousels: the slides in order, sized 4:5 for Instagram, plus a written caption with hashtags you copy in one tap. Reels: a finished 9:16 video with music. Everything is yours to post anywhere.
Does it post for me?
Not yet — auto-scheduling is in development. Today you download and post from your phone like any other post. Members get scheduling the day it ships.
Which platforms does the content fit?
Instagram first (4:5 carousels, 9:16 Reels). The same files work on Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
What happens after week 8?
Run the program again — every research-driven post is new next month — and new template drops arrive weekly. Weeks 9–16 and listing-day post sets are next.
Money
What does it cost?
Free to start (no card; one full video template on us). Pro is $59/mo for 3,500 credits — the whole program plus your listing content. Starter $39, Studio $99. Annual plans get two months free.
Am I charged if a post fails?
No. A carousel ships whole or not at all — if any slide fails, every credit comes back.
How do I cancel?
Billing → Manage plan → cancel. Two clicks. Screenshots of every step are on our how-to-cancel page.
Is my content used to train AI?
Never. Your headshot, voice, uploads and outputs are yours — we don't train on them.
Your next 8 weeks of posts are waiting for you.
Set up your profile once. Pick your first post. See your face on a finished carousel in about two minutes — free credits included.
