1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

AutoRender Inc. does not store your full payment details.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

2. Subscription Billing

AutoRender operates on a subscription-based model.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan

3. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You authorize AutoRender to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

4.  No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Subscription fees after a charge has been processed
• Partial billing periods
• Unused time remaining in a subscription
• Unused credits
• Plan downgrades or changes

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions apply only where required by applicable law.

5. Credits System

AutoRender plans may include usage-based credits.

By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits are allocated on a monthly basis
• Unused credits do not roll over and will reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellation prevents future billing
• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds will be issued upon cancellation

7. Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.

AutoRender generates outputs using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• Outputs are generated probabilistically and are not deterministic
• Results may not reflect real-world conditions

AutoRender outputs are for visualization purposes only and must not be relied upon for construction, engineering, architectural decisions, or any technical or safety-critical applications.

You are solely responsible for verifying any outputs before use.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to AutoRender.

By using the service, you grant AutoRender a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
